The C-FARMs Project is a supporter of the Food&Science Festival 2023

The Food&Science Festival, a unique science popularization event of national and international significance now in its seventh edition in 2023, is a time to creatively and accessibly explore issues related to the science of food production and consumption. C-FARMs, after also participating in 2022 with papers on the topics of Carbon Farming, will also be featured in this edition, dedicated to the theme Boundaries.

As reported on the festival’s official website at the link https://www.foodsciencefestival.it/it/eventi/articolo/campi-di-carbonio/ the partners of the C-FARMs project will present their paper entitled “Carbon Fields” on May 20 at 10:45 a.m. at Piazza Leon Battista Alberti in Mantua, the Festival venue.

Stefano Brenna, Francesca Dini, Nicola Gherardi and Lucia Perugini will take the floor to talk about the importance of Carbon Farming in the near future as a green model to contain the climate crisis while producing food.

The LIFE C-FARMs project, which began in December 2020 is now in its final months of work, and during the meeting there will also be an opportunity to present the partial results obtained during these months of study, comparison and application in the field of innovations related to Carbon Farming.
